When it comes to branding, I like to think about the ethnicity of the company and its reason to be. What makes it unique? What makes it stand out?

The objective here was to brand an oil company, who extracts petrol from Middle East countries and sell it in the UK.
The Stallion has been chosen as the emblem of the company: it is proud, strong and majestic. Its ears are up, which means that the animal is aware, vigilant and responsible. The overall shape signifies a drop of oil, which is the main product of the brand.

I wanted the company to have a logotype which works on its own as well as a logo that could work alongside the logotype or as a symbol for the brand by itself.

I also designed other visuals that help making the brand more unique as well as recognisable by viewers.
